At Calvera Collective, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Schedule
We ship packages Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Calvera Collective is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim if needed.
