Thank you for shopping with Calvera Collective. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Bodysuits/Swimwear are not eligible for return.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside a protective outer box.
How to initiate a return:

Email us at taylor@calveracollective.com (Insert "RETURN" in subject line.) with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at taylor@calveracollective within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Double-check your bank or credit card account.

Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
